Rajan Ahuja

Mr. Ahuja has over 29 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
He started his career as a Petroleum Engineer with Magnum Producing & Operating Company in 1987. Over the next 23 years with Magnum, Mr. Ahuja served in multiple capacities, ultimately managing field operations as Vice President of the company. His areas of expertise include drilling, production, completions, workovers, stimulations, secondary lifts, re-entries of old wellbores, salt water disposal wells, oil and gas contracts, pipelines and negotiating with land owners.
Mr. Ahuja formed SV Energy Company with Michael Pedrotti in 2011. In 2012, they raised Private Equity from GCP Capital of New York and acquired several assets. From 2012 to 2014, these assets were successfully developed and eventually sold to Texegy LLC in Sept 2014. Mr. Ahuja and Mr. Pedrotti remained as managers of these assets through SV Energy Company’s management agreement with Texegy LLC.
Mr. Ahuja holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge.

Michael S. Pedrotti
President - TEXEGY LLC

Mr. Pedrotti has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
He originally began his career as a Petroleum Landman with TXO Production Corporation in 1985. In 2003, Mr. Pedrotti co-founded and was President of LMP Exploration, Inc. The next year, Mr. Pedrotti caused the merger of LMP Exploration, Inc. into LMP Exploration Holdings and LMP Exploration Operating with Private equity partners Greenhill Capital and Lime Rock Partners and was President of both of these companies. LMP Exploration Holdings sold all of its assets in January 2008.
Mr Pedrotti formed SV Energy with Rajan Ahuja in 2011 as an Oil & Gas exploration company. Together they partnered with GCP Capital Partners and bought the assets that were eventually sold to Texegy LLC.
Mr. Pedrotti is a graduate of Texas A&M University.

Sherif Wadood

Mr. Wadood has over 18 years in the oil and gas industry. In Egypt, he took the reins of a relatively small energy company engaged in service and production and grew it tenfold over the period of 7 years. He left as CEO of a holding company with 7 subsidiaries operating in MENA Region, US, & Mexico. During his tenure, he successfully introduced integrated drilling/workover concept in Egypt. He was responsible for a number of acquisitions of O&G assets, bringing the company to the largest Egyptian independent producer.
He founded "R&A" the first private Egyptian Energy research center, and acted as an advisor to various governmental agencies & for several international Oil & Gas entities incl. reputable entities such as S&P, Moody’s, Shell, Chevron, Halliburton, among others. He then worked in Mexico with PEMEX in the Cantarell field to deploy then the world's largest liftboat and introduce their first offshore integrated service contract model, which has since been adopted.
Apart from the oil industry, Mr Wadood has raised investments for and co-founded a logistics company, a publishing business, and a montessori school.
Mr. Wadood holds a double masters degree in Political Science & Economics from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, where he lived for 10 years
